About
I joined the Jiang group in fall 2023. Prior joining to UIC, I was working as a project assistant in IIT-Madras (Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai, India). In IITM, I used SERS phenomenon to observe changes in noble metal nanoclusters when brought near plasmonic nanomaterials. I completed my M.Sc. in chemistry from University of Hyderabad, India. During my masters' days I worked on perovskite nanocrystals, the most effective material in solar cells. My research was based on enhancing the quantum yield of these nanocrystals using Fluorescence Spectroscopy and TCSPC. I have a passion for dance, and love to listen to music. I am a fun-loving person and love to explore everything around me.
