About

I joined the Jiang Group in the Fall of 2016. I earned a B.A. in Chemistry with a concentration in materials and nanotechnology along with a minor in English Literature from Northwestern University in 2014. Before enrolling at the University of Illinois at Chicago I worked as an associate analytical chemist at a biotechnology startup, an analytical chemist in wastewater analysis at an oil refinery, and finally as a lab technician involved in the research and development of polymers at Nalco Water. In my free time, I enjoy Olympic weightlifting, playing video games, and reading. I am interested in using scanning probe-based nanotechnology to study molecular properties on surfaces.
